Chess classes begin after school on Mondays (times below) and are once a week for one hour.

Program Details:

  1. Basic Chess Class (Beginners and Novice Players):

    • Schedule: Mondays from 3:45 PM to 4:45 PM
    • Focus: Introducing chess fundamentals, strategies, and tactics.
    • Eligibility: This class warmly welcomes all students without prior chess knowledge.
  2. Advanced Chess Class (Club/Tournament Chess):

    • Schedule: Mondays from 4:45 PM to 5:45 PM
    • Focus: Tailored for experienced players with knowledge of Classical or Giveaway chess.
    • Quad Tournament Format: A dynamic and competitive setting with 4 players at each table.
    • Eligibility: Students familiar with Classical or Giveaway chess are eligible to participate.

Dual Enrollment Option: Passionate chess enthusiasts have the option to join both classes, benefiting from a comprehensive chess learning experience.
